Hi!  I'm Jess.

I started my journey as a bodyworker/healing therapist about 20 years ago whilst traveling in SE Asia.  I learned Thai massage during a monthlong stop in Chiang Mai city.  Upon my return home to Alaska I quickly enrolled in a program to become a Certified Massage Therapist.  Over the next decade I studied Myofascial Release, Lomi Lomi, Acupressure, Deep Tissue and Swedish forms of massage and worked with thousands of clients/body types/injuries.

When I moved to Canada in 2016 I started to deepen my yoga practice.  Little did I know this would be the beginning of something much bigger;)

I started studying yoga, deep stretching, yoga therapy and breathwork.   Then, the pandemic happened.  Traditional forms of self-care were becoming challenging, if not obsolete.  

​

I was on a personal journey to create a routine that I could do at home.  Working through old injuries and loads of stuck pain in my body was challenging, but rewarding!  After a few months, I really started to feel better and hadn't been to an in-person yoga class or a massage therapist for over a year.  I was Empowered!  This got me thinking.....why isn't everyone doing this? 

Can we all just "massage ourselves"? 

Is there a way to get relief from pain without leaving your home?
